When you fill out our application/lead form (via Typeform, a Meta Lead Ad, or directly on our Site), we collect:
- Contact information: your name, email address, and phone number
- Business information: your company or job title, your Instagram handle, whether you have run ads before, a description of your offer (what you sell and what you typically charge), and how you currently attract and acquire new clients
- Any other information you choose to include when you contact us by email or otherwise communicate with us
We only ask for the information above because it is necessary to evaluate your fit for our services and to follow up with you, we do not collect sensitive information (such as health, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or similar data) through our lead forms.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and time spent on the Site
- General location information inferred from your IP address
This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies, described in Section 3 below.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Evaluate your application and determine whether our services are a good fit for you

3. Cookies, Pixels & Meta Business Tools
We use the Meta Pixel (a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) and other Meta Business Tools on our Site. The Meta Pixel places cookies on your browser and collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view and actions you take, so that we can:
- Measure the effectiveness of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Build custom and lookalike audiences for ad targeting
- Retarget visitors with relevant ads
Data collected through the Meta Pixel is sent to Meta and is subject to Meta's own Data Policy. Meta may combine this information with other data it has about you if you have a Facebook or Instagram account.
